Here it is, my New Year’s Eve scrapbooking page. Everything was done using My Memories software and their Countdown Kit and Countdown Extra Monograms collections. I loved the whole set and the hardest part was picking which of the amazing elements I would use.
Layering is probably the most profound tool a scrapbooker has but even more so when it comes to digital scrapbooking. And this page features multiple elements of layering. Not only are the background pages layered on top of each other to add pops of color while giving a solid color to build the page on but the title has a small layering effect to add dimension. The obvious layering is the elements added to the picture of my hubby and me. I did add these elements individually but they do have clusters too!
